THE
MOOT HALL MENUS
Chef Dulal Uddin is personally responsible for the day to
day purchase of ingredients. He travels regularly to London
to obtain the finest specialist ingredients needed for the
Moot Hall menus.
Each dish is created to be individual by Dulal. Even the humble
tomato (did you know there are over 100 varieties) will be
changed for each dish to ensure the right sweetness or sharpness,
texture and appearance. Dulal sources fresh herbs and spices
which are used in abundance. "We make everything ourselves"
says Dulal, everything. "Nothing is bought pre-prepared."
Dulal has a passion for creating new dishes using unusual
combinations or ingredients. The Moot Hall menu is Dulal's
tapestry where ingredients are drawn from quail, duck, monk
fish, pumpkin, bamboo and all the other well known and much
loved traditional Indian ingredients. Click

Dulal also has people's health in mind too. The Moot Hall
menu is based on high quality ingredients sourced locally
where possible and will be low in fat and salt.
As well as stunning food the Moot Hall has a comprehensive
and well matched wine list with something for all tastes and
budgets.
